Jesse and Austin did an amazing job this week delivering our new 2025 Nissan Rogue SL AWD, and completely exceeded our expectations in every way.  After a failed experience with my local Twin Cities dealer, I contacted Nissan of Rochester by email after hours.  Jesse contacted me as soon as the dealership opened the following morning.  We worked together to identify a Rogue that met our options requirements and Jesse put the deal together within an hour.  Upon arrival, there was a welcome sign on the mirror and the car was detailed to perfection. Jesse spent over an hour working with us on features and technology. Austin sealed the experience with his incredible knowledge of finance and paperwork efficiency.  Nissan of Rochester provided a much better service contract that my neighborhood dealer offered and at a lower price.  Honoring customers with humility, attention to detail, and a better value in price, trade-in and service contract make us customers for life.  No one can do it better!

When I talk with the salesperson on what I was looking for she know what to look at first. And didn't try to sell me something with more options then I was looking for. The same for the extra they talk about during the financing. They told us what the had and never pushed for us to get any more then what we choose.

I My experience at Rochester Nissan was through helping a friend to purchase a used Toyota Sienna minivan. I had researched area dealerships, and recommended Rochester Nissan to my friend because of the overall positive reviews. Originally we were working with an employee who is no longer with the company. He assured me that this place was the “real deal”, concerned more with customer satisfaction than with making money. Or rather, being one of those rare places that realized that in the long run, customer satisfaction = making money via relationships. A happy customer tells friends and family, leaves a good review, and comes back the next time they need a new vehicle. I’m happy to report that this was, indeed, our experience at Rochester Nissan. My friend ended up with the car he was hoping for, and the folks at Nissan went WAY beyond what I would have hoped for to fix an issue the car had with its AC. The issue turned out to be more than anyone thought, and instead of waffling or making up excuses, the team responded with integrity and responsibility. It was absolutely an experience of “customer first”. This is rare in an age when businesses are often just after our money. It cost Rochester Nissan more financially, but what they got is a relationship – a person who will share his story, recommend their business, and go check out their offerings when it comes time to bring a new vehicle into my life. A big thank-you to the whole team for making this a positive experience and setting my friend up with a reliable vehicle that will serve him for many years to come – including the ice-cold AC!

Thank you to my trusty service advisor Tegin who went above and beyond with some recent repairs my car needed. It was a couple things not covered by my extended warranty--though he worked hard with the warranty company to try and get them to change their mind (they wouldn't). I was able to get in a few days earlier than planned once the part arrived. I like that I have a consistent individual that I trust to handle my car repairs. Everyone I encounter there in the service department is helpful. Check them out!

When buying my car Ian was very kind and inviting, he made us feel as if we had known him for years as he made jokes with us. Ian made my parents and I feel very welcomed and at ease with loaning my first car from a dealership. Ian made the process very easy and explained every detail of the steps on loaning a vehicle. He was kind even though he was jumping between two customers which I believe was more than likely stressful. I decided to try out two vehicles and both times I had gotten in the driver seat he explained where everything in the car was located at. I had decided to go with the first car I had drove and he gave me a first bump and told me it was a pleasure being able to help me find a car I loved. As someone who has severe social anxiety and can’t be in places with people I do not know for long, Ian made it feel like a second home and continuously checked up on my parents and I and I was able to stay and not need a break the entire process of signing papers and other things that were needed for me to be able to drive the car home. I had a wonderful experience loaning my car and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a new car!

I should have bought Nissan. I had urgent issues with my Subaru and they couldn't get me in, so they sent me to their partner Nissan dealership. WOW. I went back rather than to the Subaru dealership because of how great their service was. They were perfectly communicative - not too much, not too little (or nothing at all). Explained everything well. Treated me with kindness and respect. Cared about my time. They got me into a rental as soon as their shuttle returned me off from work. They were honest about timing, what I needed to have done now, what could wait, and pricing. Would return again. Thanks Nicola and Jacob!

I had a good experience at Nissan. It was a long wait to purchase the car but the besides that the customer service was great. Gavin helped me out a lot and offered to get the paperwork signed by my co-signer in the cities so I could take the car home that day.

March 2025...Mike was GREAT! Explained everything well. And when the tech was doing the inspection and found a cracked control arm, Mike recommended the service to do. And he already knew they had the replacement parts so I was able to get my car back the same day. (Only glitch was that my key was hiding inside the car between the console and the passenger seat. Next time, put the key in the customers hand :-) 10 gold stars! (Woulda been 11 if I hadn't had to search my car's interior for the key. Also found a few old apple cores and a really old French fry.) Oct 2024...11 gold stars! Brought in my 2015 Altima for a normal lube, oil, filter replacement. When making the appointment online, the 80,000 service was recommended. Steven the service writer noticed the writer blades were streaking so he added those to be replaced. Once they did the inspection, they noticed a missing heat shield clamp and a burned out side market light. They fixed/replaced those also. Super service! Great people! Thank you!

I have been taking my 370z and Kia Optima to Nissan of Rochester for years. Recently took in the Kia for brakes and, as always, it was an extremely pleasant and smooth experience. I really enjoyed my purchase experience with Rochester Nissan. I was able to get a fair price with 0% finance. My Rogue has all the features I was looking for and they had a variety of colors available. My salesperson Jesse was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
Initially, our experience was not very good and we were left extremely disappointed. We were told our vehicle would be ready to pick up and it would be fully detailed and have the glass protection and rust inhibitor applied. When we got there, we were told by our sales person that it was done and the vehicle was detailed. The vehicle was not detailed and was dirty on the inside and outside. I got a phone call from service on the following Monday to set up the appointment to apply the glass protection and rust inhibitor. When i told the person who called we were told it was done already, Instead of checking into it, they said "oh, never mind then." I had to ask them to check into it and it indeed was not done. Once it was done, the glass protection was not buffed out well and my windshield was full of marks or streaks. I had to bring the vehicle back to service a few days later because the android auto was not staying connected to my phone, still. They kept it for the day and never found anything. They asked if they could wash it for me and I said yes. The next day, I noticed what looked like clear coat peeling where water spots were all over the entire vehicle. I was furious, but my husband reminded me the sales person who helped us with our paperwork and our sales person we worked with both told us the bumper-to-bumper coverage included paint and defects. This is our first non-GM vehicle so we trusted what we were told. In fact, the sales person who we worked with for the financing told us their Skip Chip product was worthless and he doesn't sell it or recommend it for anyone. It was a product I was interested in because I drive a lot for work, but we decided against it based on the advice from this guy. A week later I had several chips of paint missing from my hood and the clear coat issue. I was fuming to find out we were deceived. Suddenly this $50,000 investment was something I couldn't stand the sight of because it was always something up to this point and the spots were just the icing on the cake after being lied to. I am a nurse and work from my car. The vehicle was something I purchased for myself to have new, reliable vehicle for all my miles. I was heartbroken and felt taken advantage of and angry. This was the second vehicle we had purchased brand new from the Nissan/GMC dealerships now owned by Penz - our first one was purchased when it was still Lupient - and I was treated like a stupid female and talked down to by the service department every time I went for service and our problem with our terrain was never properly documented and we were tossed around so much that we gave up on trying. I was really starting to regret doing business with them again, but figured it was under new ownership so it has to be different this time. I called Lindsay, one of the sales managers at Penz, as a last ditch effort to try to have my frustrations heard and see what options existed, if any. When I saw her in person the first time, I eventually broke down in tears because I was so gutted by everything. We left that meeting finally feeling heard and listened to and were hopeful. The next day, my husband called me and said he had great news for me. He had talked to Lindsay and they replaced the hood on my Rogue with a brand new one, detailed it thoroughly inside and out, and because we were given misleading information about a product that would be very valuable to me, Penz was covering half the cost of applying the Skip Chip to my front end!! Lindsay, Kevin, and everyone truly went way above and beyond anything we ever could have imagined! My heart is so full with how they listened to me/us and how dedicated they were to making it right!! I will absolutely keep going back there, as long as Lindsay and Kevin stick around!! I get to pick up my Rogue today after a week and a half in a loaner car and I cannot wait!!!

We hate car shopping. Test drives and sales pitches and trying to upsell beyond our budget. That is not true of Nissan of Rochester. We came in with low expectations. However, the salesperson Makenna was respectful and helpful to the Nth degree. She quickly found to models in our budget. We opted to test drive the 2025 Nissan Sentra LE. The car was smooth and easy to operate so we asked for a longer test drives. She did not fuss as others did at other dealerships. She filled the tank and let us drive several miles. We liked it and wanted to buy it. She started the paperwork then brought on the finance guy. More paperwork. We had questions on the package costs (LE, SV, or SR). Makenna knew all the features of each and provided a brochure with the same information. She also knew the prices of each package. We chose the LE package as it more closely met our needs. Final paperwork in a different building. Paperwork taking too much time. Makenna interceded when we felt out of the loop. We finally were called in to complete the paperwork. Yay! Highest compliments to Makenna for dealing with older folks who wanted something simple and letting us make the choice from her suggestions. Also, kudos for Nissan of Rochester. Fair and obvious pricing for all vehicles prominently displayed.

I had my oil changed, and tires rotated at Nissan of Rochester this morning. I was greeted by a friendly, and professional staff member. The work was done on time, by trusted mechanics. I know my truck is in good hands when I bring it in for service work. I like it they do this vehicle health report, and if they find something, they let me know, and they take care of it.The waiting area was clean, and inviting, and the coffee was great! What a great location and staff. I was traveling when the thermostat went out in my car. I made a stop into this dealership and they immediately were able to assist me. They truly went above and beyond. I asked them to perform a diagnostic to ensure I get home safely and some issues were discovered. Nothing critical, but the service I received here makes me want to come back for the remainder of the repairs. That's how excellent this location served my needs and in a pinch.
This service department again is molding into a great group. Led by Tegin and Kevin they reload and regroup without missing a beat. Angela is very very good. No concerns keeping all three Nissan here for their care.
