I really enjoyed my purchase experience with Rochester Nissan. I was able to get a fair price with 0% finance. My Rogue has all the features I was looking for and they had a variety of colors available. My salesperson Jesse was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
Initially, our experience was not very good and we were left extremely disappointed. We were told our vehicle would be ready to pick up and it would be fully detailed and have the glass protection and rust inhibitor applied. When we got there, we were told by our sales person that it was done and the vehicle was detailed. The vehicle was not detailed and was dirty on the inside and outside. I got a phone call from service on the following Monday to set up the appointment to apply the glass protection and rust inhibitor. When i told the person who called we were told it was done already, Instead of checking into it, they said "oh, never mind then." I had to ask them to check into it and it indeed was not done. Once it was done, the glass protection was not buffed out well and my windshield was full of marks or streaks. I had to bring the vehicle back to service a few days later because the android auto was not staying connected to my phone, still. They kept it for the day and never found anything. They asked if they could wash it for me and I said yes. The next day, I noticed what looked like clear coat peeling where water spots were all over the entire vehicle. I was furious, but my husband reminded me the sales person who helped us with our paperwork and our sales person we worked with both told us the bumper-to-bumper coverage included paint and defects. This is our first non-GM vehicle so we trusted what we were told. In fact, the sales person who we worked with for the financing told us their Skip Chip product was worthless and he doesn't sell it or recommend it for anyone. It was a product I was interested in because I drive a lot for work, but we decided against it based on the advice from this guy. A week later I had several chips of paint missing from my hood and the clear coat issue. I was fuming to find out we were deceived. Suddenly this $50,000 investment was something I couldn't stand the sight of because it was always something up to this point and the spots were just the icing on the cake after being lied to. I am a nurse and work from my car. The vehicle was something I purchased for myself to have new, reliable vehicle for all my miles. I was heartbroken and felt taken advantage of and angry. This was the second vehicle we had purchased brand new from the Nissan/GMC dealerships now owned by Penz - our first one was purchased when it was still Lupient - and I was treated like a stupid female and talked down to by the service department every time I went for service and our problem with our terrain was never properly documented and we were tossed around so much that we gave up on trying. I was really starting to regret doing business with them again, but figured it was under new ownership so it has to be different this time. I called Lindsay, one of the sales managers at Penz, as a last ditch effort to try to have my frustrations heard and see what options existed, if any. When I saw her in person the first time, I eventually broke down in tears because I was so gutted by everything. We left that meeting finally feeling heard and listened to and were hopeful. The next day, my husband called me and said he had great news for me. He had talked to Lindsay and they replaced the hood on my Rogue with a brand new one, detailed it thoroughly inside and out, and because we were given misleading information about a product that would be very valuable to me, Penz was covering half the cost of applying the Skip Chip to my front end!! Lindsay, Kevin, and everyone truly went way above and beyond anything we ever could have imagined! My heart is so full with how they listened to me/us and how dedicated they were to making it right!! I will absolutely keep going back there, as long as Lindsay and Kevin stick around!! I get to pick up my Rogue today after a week and a half in a loaner car and I cannot wait!!!

Best service I’ve ever received I stopped into Nissan of Rochester for parts and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I met a salesman named Jesse Flanagan, and from the very beginning he was nothing short of impressive. Not only did I decide on the spot that I’ll be buying my next vehicle from him, but he went above and beyond by taking the time to explain every feature and every product Nissan offers. After that, he personally walked me to the parts department and made sure I was completely taken care of there as well. The way Jesse handled everything from start to finish was outstanding. This is the kind of service you don’t expect anymore in today’s world, but Jesse proves that you can still be treated the right way. TLDR - Amazing experience. Both Scott and Eric are so smart and kind - they even helped me deal with another Nissan location when the other location did a terrible job of communicating. Highly Recommend!

Rochester Nissan proved to be a convenient stop to diagnose an issue with my Pathfinder while I was doctoring. On one of the coldest afternoon's of the year they kept my vehicle overnight and allowed pick up the next morning!

Hello, came in to get an oil change, transmission flush etc. dropped off my vehicle at 7am, picked it up at 11am service was fast. Employees were friendly.

We hate car shopping. Test drives and sales pitches and trying to upsell beyond our budget. That is not true of Nissan of Rochester. We came in with low expectations. However, the salesperson Makenna was respectful and helpful to the Nth degree. She quickly found to models in our budget. We opted to test drive the 2025 Nissan Sentra LE. The car was smooth and easy to operate so we asked for a longer test drives. She did not fuss as others did at other dealerships. She filled the tank and let us drive several miles. We liked it and wanted to buy it. She started the paperwork then brought on the finance guy. More paperwork. We had questions on the package costs (LE, SV, or SR). Makenna knew all the features of each and provided a brochure with the same information. She also knew the prices of each package. We chose the LE package as it more closely met our needs. Final paperwork in a different building. Paperwork taking too much time. Makenna interceded when we felt out of the loop. We finally were called in to complete the paperwork. Yay! Highest compliments to Makenna for dealing with older folks who wanted something simple and letting us make the choice from her suggestions. Also, kudos for Nissan of Rochester. Fair and obvious pricing for all vehicles prominently displayed.
Had lheadlihgts replaced on my recentlty purchase Mazda CX5. That I recently bought from Rochester Nissan. The wrong ones we on ve the car. They put the correct ones on at no charge

I had my oil changed, and tires rotated at Nissan of Rochester this morning. I was greeted by a friendly, and professional staff member. The work was done on time, by trusted mechanics. I know my truck is in good hands when I bring it in for service work. I like it they do this vehicle health report, and if they find something, they let me know, and they take care of it.The waiting area was clean, and inviting, and the coffee was great! What a great location and staff. I was traveling when the thermostat went out in my car. I made a stop into this dealership and they immediately were able to assist me. They truly went above and beyond. I asked them to perform a diagnostic to ensure I get home safely and some issues were discovered. Nothing critical, but the service I received here makes me want to come back for the remainder of the repairs. That's how excellent this location served my needs and in a pinch.
This service department again is molding into a great group. Led by Tegin and Kevin they reload and regroup without missing a beat. Angela is very very good. No concerns keeping all three Nissan here for their care.

I was looking to consider to lease a new SUV , I was able to connect electronically, schedule with a sales person, and establish a relationship before I even arrived at the dealership. I was pleased with the welcoming atmosphere and knowledge of various vehicle options. In addition the sales and finance staff collaborated to ensure I had a deal that worked for me, and them. Recently got an oil change on Saturday 1/18 and my appointment was 3:15 I didn’t leave until 5:36. And I was given zero updates or information regarding why it took so long.

We purchased a 2024 Murano from Jesse Flanagan at Rochester Nissan. He was a pleasure to work with, along with all his colleagues who helped us. They were all very knowledgeable of Nissan products and explained everything so we could understand easily. Jesse showed us all the features on the Murano including connecting my phone to it. We've had Nissan vehicles for many years and are very satisfied. They were also great about working with us to get the paperwork done in a timely fashion and left with our new vehicle in less than 2 hours. There also was never any pressure to purchase any of the "extras" that are offered and explained to us. We highly recommend Nissan of Rochester.
Nissan of Rochester came to our rescue last night! We are from Oklahoma and in Rochester for the Clinic. After being in the hospital for 5 days my discontinued NV3500 had a dead battery that the valet and the tow truck driver could not jump. Nissan of Rochester was able to jump it! They stayed late and put in a new battery because I didn’t trust the old one after being so difficult to jump. It took 4 employees that I know of to help me coordinate everything and they showed kindness and competence! I’m a big fan of Nissan of Rochester! Thank for saving our ADVENTURE VAN!!!

We went to lease a car and Arizona was helping us. She was very nice and patient and was explaining a lot of details before even asking her. In general, everyone we met there was respectful and kind. It was a good experience and we ended up going with the leasing the car.

Making the appointment was a breeze and when I brought it in for a transmission flush and fill they checked it for codes and let me know my options. I'm very happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The Sales Rep, Oketh Owity listened to me, took a great deal of time talking to me and was eager to find me a car that fit my needs. As a woman, car buying is often seen as a man's domain. In the past I have felt that I needed to bring a man to be listened to. I also want to commend the financing person, Adam McCabe. He went above and beyond to get me the prince and financing I wanted. Kudos on the diversity of staff people.

Brought my mother's car in for service and to have them look for a leak another department had found. We were skeptical about the leak as there wasn't any fluid under the vehicle. The dealership was straight forward and was also unable to find any leaks. They could have easily said it was there but were honest. Would recommend them.
